摘 要:目的探究肾性贫血(RA)患者血液红细胞和网织红细胞参数的临床价值。方法将我院2018年1月至2018年12月收治的43例RA患者设为Ⅰ组,将同期收治的43例非肾病贫血患者设为Ⅱ组,两组均接受红细胞检测,对比血液红细胞与网织红细胞参数水平。结果两组红细胞压积(HCT)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、红细胞体积分布宽度标准差(RDW-SD)、红细胞体积分布宽度变异系数(RDW-CV)、血红蛋白(Hb)参数水平对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);Ⅰ组平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白量(MCH)、低散射网织红细胞百分比(LFR)参数水平明显高于Ⅱ组,而红细胞计数(RBC)、网织红细胞百分比(RET%)、网织红细胞绝对值(RET#)、高散射网织红细胞(HFR)、中散射网织红细胞百分比(MFR)、未成熟网织红细胞指数(IRF)参数水平低于Ⅱ组(P <0.05)。结论 RA患者体内的血液红细胞参数中MCV、MCH水平高,RBC水平较低;网织红细胞参数中的RET%、RET#、HFR、MFR、IRF明显下降,LFR水平明显上升。因此,血液红细胞和网织红细胞参数可判断出RA患者的疾病症状,具有临床诊断价值。Objective To explore the clinical value of blood red blood cell and reticulocyte parameters in patients with renal anemia. Methods The 43 patients with renal anemia admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were set as group I, and 43 patients with non-renal anemia admitted in the same period were set as group II. Both groups received red blood cell testing and compared blood Red blood cell and reticulocyte parameter levels. Results The two groups of hematocrit(HCT), mean red blood cell hemoglobin concentration(MCHC), red blood cell volume distribution width standard deviation(RDW-SD), red blood cell volume distribution width coeffcient of variation(RDW-CV), hemoglobin(Hb) parameter level contrast difference No statistical significance(P>0.05);the parameter levels of mean red blood cell volume(MCV), mean red blood cell hemoglobin(MCH) and low scattering reticulocyte percentage(LFR) in group Ⅰ were significantly higher than those in group Ⅱ, while red blood cell count(RBC), Reticulocyte percentage(RET%), absolute reticulocyte value(RET#), high-scattering reticulocyte(HFR), medium-scattering reticulocyte percentage(MFR), immature reticulocyte index(IRF) parameter level Lower than group Ⅱ(P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with renal anemia, MCV and MCH levels are high in blood red blood cell parameters, but RBC levels are low;RET%, RET#, HFR, MFR, IRF in reticulocyte parameters are significantly decreased, and LFR levels are significantly increased. Therefore, the parameters of blood red blood cells and reticulocytes can determine the disease symptoms of patients with renal anemia and have clinical diagnostic value.
