摘　　要：目的观察湿润烧伤膏联合地塞米松软膏治疗放射性皮炎患者的效果。方法选取2014年1月至2019年1月于武汉科技大学附属天佑医院肿瘤科接受放疗而出现皮炎的40例患者,随机分为观察组(n=40,地塞米松软膏涂抹患处)和对照组(n=40,地塞米松软膏涂抹患处)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果在创面愈合方面,观察组患者创面痊愈14例,好转15例,总有效率为97.50%,对照组为8例、23例和77.50%,两组患者数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。在疼痛改善方面,观察组患者的疼痛改善痊愈20例,好转18例,总有效率为95.00%,对照组为11例、19例和75.00%,两组患者数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论湿润烧伤膏联合地塞米松软膏治疗放射性皮炎在创面愈合和疼痛缓解方面的效果较好。Objective To observe the eff ect of treating on radiation dermatitis by moist exposed burn ointment combined with dexamethasone ointment.Methods From January 2014 to January 2019,40 patients with dermatitis who received radiotherapy in the Department of Oncology,Tianyou Hospital,Wuhan University of Science and Technology were selected,and they were randomly divided into the observation group(n=40,dexamethasone ointment applied)and the control group(n=40,apply dexamethasone ointment to the affected area).Compare the treatment effect of the two groups of patients.Results In terms of wound healing,the observation group was cured in 14 cases and improved in 15 cases,with a total eff ective rate of 97.50%,compared with 8 cases,23 cases and 77.50%in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference in data comparison between the two groups(P<0.05).In terms of pain improvement,20 patients in the observation group were cured,and 18 patients were cured,with a total eff ective rate of 95.00%.The control group was 11 patients,19 patients and 75.00%.The difference between the two groups of patients was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Treating on radiation dermatitis by external irradiation of moist exposed burn ointment combined with dexamethasone ointment is better.
