综合护理干预在高血压护理过程中的作用

摘　　要：目的对高血压护理过程中采取综合护理干预护理的效果进行探讨。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月收治的高血压患者94例,采用数字随机表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。给予对照组患者常规护理,给予观察组患者综合护理干预,对比两组患者的睡眠质量、血压水平、依从性、生活质量。结果观察组患者的舒张压、收缩压水平均低于对照组,观察组患者的生活质量各维度评分、睡眠质量、依从性均高于对照组,对比有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论综合护理干预应用于高血压护理中可有效降低患者的血压水平,提升依从性,改善睡眠,提高生活质量,值得应用。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the course of hypertension nursing.Methods Ninety-four patients with hypertension admitted from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention to compare sleep quality,blood pressure level,compliance and quality of life.Results The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of quality of life,sleep quality and compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in hypertensive nursing can effectively reduce the patient's blood pressure level,improve compliance,improve sleep,improve quality of life,worthy of application.
