摘　　要：目的探究艾滋病抗病毒治疗和医学随访常见的护理问题及护理措施。方法回顾性分析2018年2月至2020年2月本疾病预防控制中心与我市艾滋病抗病毒治疗定点医院——我市传染病院合作共同收集到的100例艾滋病抗病毒治疗患者的临床资料,分析艾滋病抗病毒治疗和医学随访常见的护理问题,据此讨论并提出有效的护理措施。结果本组患者参加艾滋病抗病毒治疗3个月内,常见护理问题包括不良心理、对疾病认识不足、担心不良反应不愿用药、担忧夫妻生活、担心影响生育、担心传染家人、治疗信心差;患者参加艾滋病抗病毒治疗3~6个月和治疗> 6个月常见护理问题与参加艾滋病抗病毒治疗3个月内常见护理问题不同。结论艾滋病抗病毒治疗和医学随访的常见护理问题较多,采取针对性的护理措施可有效改善当前存在的心理问题、药物不良反应、治疗依从性、合并其他疾病、就医难、患者失访等护理问题,提高艾滋病抗病毒治疗患者的疗效。Objective To explore the common nursing problems and nursing measures in antiviral treatment and medical follow-up of acquired immure defi ciency syndrome.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 100 cases of acquired immure defi ciency syndrome antiretroviral treatment patients collected by the center for disease control and prevention and our city's designated acquired immure defi ciency syndrome antiretroviral treatment hospital--infectious diseases hospital of our city from February 2018 to February 2020,and analyze common nursing problems in acquired immure defi ciency syndrome antiretroviral treatment and medical follow-up,discuss and propose eff ective nursing measures accordingly.Results Within 3 months of participating in acquired immure defi ciency syndrome antiretroviral treatment,common nursing problems of this group of patients include unhealthy psychology,insufficient knowledge of the disease,fear of adverse reactions and reluctance to use drugs,worry about husband and wife life,worry about fertility,worry about infecting family members,and poor confi dence in treatment;the common nursing problems of patients participating in acquired immure defi ciency syndrome antiretroviral therapy for 3-6 months and treatment for more than 6 months are diff erent from the common nursing problems within 3 months of participating in AIDS antiretroviral therapy.Conclusion There are many common nursing problems in acquired immure defi ciency syndrome antiretroviral treatment and medical follow-up.Taking targeted nursing measures can eff ectively improve the current psychological problems,adverse drug reactions,treatment compliance,complications of other diseases,difficulty in seeking medical attention,and loss of patients to follow-up nursing and other nursing problems,improve the efficacy of patients with acquired immure defi ciency syndrome antiretroviral treatment.
