体位护理联合导乐仪应用于胎头位置异常产妇无痛分娩的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨体位护理联合导乐仪在胎头位置异常产妇中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月至2019年1月本院30例胎头位置异常产妇,将其分为对照组和研究组各15例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组通过体位护理联合导乐仪进行无痛分娩护理,观察其应用效果。结果研究组经体位护理联合导乐仪护理,其第一产程、第二产程、第三产程以及总产程依次为(727.10±178.71)min、(35.02±20.00)min、(7.50±6.21)min和(771.10±186.20)min,均短于对照组的(907.91±213.80)min、(52.60±27.82)min、(6.93±4.10)min和(964.20±226.72)min(P <0.05);研究组无一例新生儿窒息等并发症,并发症发生率为0,明显低于对照组的13.33%(P <0.05);研究组疼痛评分为(3.22±0.50)分,优于对照组的(6.80±3.62)分(P <0.05)。结论体位护理联合导乐仪能够促进胎头位置异常产妇疼痛的缓解,缩短产程,并改善母婴结局。Objective To explore the application effect of postural nursing combined with dodograph in parturient women with abnormal fetal head position.Methods Thirty parturients with abnormal fetal head position in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were divided into control group and research group with 15 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the research group was given painless childbirth nursing through body position nursing combined with music guide instrument,and the application eff ect was observed.Results The fi rst stage of labor,the second stage of labor,the third stage of labor and the total labor process were(727.10±178.71)min,(35.02±20.00)min,(7.50±6.21)min and(771.10±186.20)min in the study group,which were shorter than those in the control group(907.91±213.80)min,(52.60±27.82)min,(6.93±4.10)min and(964.20±226.72)min respectively(P<0.05).There was no neonatal asphyxia and other complications in the study group,the incidence of complications was 0,which was significantly lower than 13.33%of the control group(P<0.05);the pain score of the study group was(3.22±0.50),which was better than that of the control group(6.80±3.62)(P<0.05).Conclusion Posture nursing combined with doula instrument can promote the relief of pain,shorten the labor process and improve the maternal and infant outcomes of abnormal fetal head position.
