中医护理干预应用于寻常型银屑病患者中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨中医护理干预应用于寻常型银屑病患者中的临床效果。方法选择2018年10月至2019年10月大连市皮肤病医院收治的80例寻常型银屑病患者,将其按照护理方法的不同分为对照组(40例,采用常规方法护理)和观察组(40例,采用中医护理干预)。比较两组患者的治疗效果、SF-36简明健康状况量表(SF-36)评分以及护理满意度。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者的SF-36各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在寻常型银屑病的临床治疗期间辅以中医护理干预可显著提高治疗效果和患者的生活质量,提升患者的满意度。Objective To investigate the clinical eff ect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on psoriasis vulgaris.Methods From April 2017 to April 2019,80 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,40 patients with early admission were the control group and received routine nursing,40 patients with late admission were the observation group and received TCM nursing intervention.The therapeutic eff ect,36-item short-form health survey(SF-36),nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared.Results The patients in the observation group were signifi cantly more eff ective than those in the control group(P<0.05).The SF-36 score of the patients in the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of TCM nursing intervention during the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris can signifi cantly improve the therapeutic eff ect,and also play an important role in improving the quality of life of patients.The application eff ect has been widely recognized by patients and their families.
