肝硬化上消化道出血反复入院患者的心理特征及护理要点分析

摘　　要：目的分析肝硬化上消化道出血反复入院患者的心理特征及护理要点。方法选取我院80例肝硬化上消化道出血的患者作为本次的研究对象,按照入院的先后顺序将他们分为两个护理小组,每个小组40例患者,常规化护理服务组实施传统的护理方法,个性化护理服务组实施个性化护理干预,对两组护理前后各项心理状态进行评估。结果护理前两组各项心理特征的评估值接近,P> 0.05;护理后个性化护理服务组各项心理特征的评估值优于常规护理组,P <0.05。结论将个性化护理用于临床治疗肝硬化上消化道出血,有利于针对患者心理特征,实施针对性的心理改善措施,促使患者心理状态逐渐改善,是一项值得推广的应用。Objective To analyze the psychological characteristics and nursing points of patients with liver cirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage who were admitted repeatedly.Methods Select our hospital 80 cases of liver cirrhosis upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients as the research object,according to the order of admission of divided them into two nursing group,each group of 40 patients,routine nursing service implementation of traditional nursing methods of patients with liver cirrhosis,individualized nursing service group implement personalized nursing intervention in patients with cirrhosis,assess the psychological status of the two groups before and after nursing Results The evaluation values of various psychological characteristics of the two groups before nursing were close,P>0.05;the evaluation values of various psychological characteristics of the individualized nursing service group after nursing were better than those of the conventional nursing group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of personalized nursing in the clinical treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in cirrhosis is beneficial to implement targeted psychological improvement measures according to the psychological characteristics of patients and promote the gradual improvement of patients'psychological state.It is an application worthy of promotion.
