综合护理干预在腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的了解腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻护理中综合护理干预的应用效果。方法将我院2017年6月至2018年11月的100例腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻患者,随机分组,对照组给予常规护理,研究组采取综合护理。比较两组满意度、血清炎性因子、腹痛程度、腹胀消失时间、梗阻消除时间、住院时间及投诉率。结果研究组满意度高于对照组,血清炎性因子、患者腹痛程度、腹胀消失时间、梗阻消除时间、住院的时间、投诉率均低于对照组(均P <0.05)。结论腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻患者实施综合护理有利于提高患者的满意度,综合护理的实施加速了各项症状的消失,促使患者治疗的时间缩短。Objective To investigate the eff ect of comprehensive nursing intervention in nursing care of adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal operation.Methods A total of 100 patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal operation in our hospital from June 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing and the study group was given comprehensive nursing.The satisfaction degree,serum infl ammatory factors,abdominal pain degree,abdominal distension disappearance time,obstruction elimination time,hospitalization time and complaint rate were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction degree of the study group was higher than that of the control group.The serum infl ammatory factors,the degree of abdominal pain,the disappearance time of abdominal distension,the time of obstruction elimination,the length of hospitalization,and the complaint rate were all lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing care for patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal operation is benefi cial to improve the satisfaction of patients.The implementation of comprehensive nursing accelerates the disappearance of various symptoms and shortens the treatment time of patients.
