小儿心肌炎护理中健康教育干预的应用意义分析

摘　　要：目的探究小儿心肌炎护理中健康教育干预的应用意义。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月我院收治的90例小儿心肌炎患儿,按照随机数字表法随机分成观察组与对照组,各组45例。对照组执行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上开展健康教育。分析两组护理效果。结果观察组的护理总有效率、护理总满意度、治疗依从性均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论小儿心肌炎患儿应用健康教育护理效果突出,促进患儿尽早恢复健康。Objective To explore the application significance of health education intervention in the nursing of children myocarditis.Methods Ninty cases of children with myocarditis admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received health education based on the control group.The nursing eff ects of the two groups were analyzed.Results The total eff ective rate of nursing care,the total satisfaction rate of nursing care,the treatment compliance score in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education and nursing for children with myocarditis is eff ective,and promote the recovery of children's health as soon as possible.
