PDCA循环在提高神经源性膀胱患者康复治疗执行率中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的探究和分析PDCA循环管理在提高神经源性膀胱患者康复治疗执行率中的应用效果。方法抽取2018年10月至12月期间神经源性膀胱患者康复治疗规范情况资料为PDCA循环管理实施前组,另抽取2019年4月至6月期间神经源性膀胱患者康复治疗规范情况资料为PDCA循环管理实施后组,比较管理实施前后神经源性膀胱患者康复治疗执行情况及医护人员对神经源性膀胱康复治疗知晓情况差异。结果 PDCA循环管理实施后组的医护人员对神经源性膀胱康复治疗知晓情况明显高于实施前组;PDCA循环管理实施后组的神经源性膀胱患者康复治疗执行率明显高于PDCA循环管理实施前组(P <0.05)。结论神经源性膀胱患者康复治疗中实施PDCA循环管理有效提高了医护人员对神经源性膀胱康复治疗知晓率及神经源性膀胱患者康复治疗执行率。Objective To study and analyze the effect of PDCA cycle management in improving the performance of rehabilitation therapy for patients with neurogenic bladder.Methods The data of the rehabilitation treatment of the neurogenic bladder in the period from October 2018 to December 2018,is selected as the pre-treatment group for PDCA cycle management,and the data of the rehabilitation treatment of the neurogenic bladder from April 2019 to June 2019 is used to implement PDCA cycle management.Compare the implementation of rehabilitation treatment of patients with neurogenic bladder before and after the implementation of management,and the diff erence of awareness of rehabilitation treatment of neurogenic bladder among medical staff.Result After the implementation of PDCA cycle management,the awareness of neurogenic bladder rehabilitation treatment of medical staff in the group was signifi cantly higher than that in the group before the implementation of PDCA cycle management;the implementation rate of rehabilitation treatment in patients with neurogenic bladder in the group after the implementation of PDCA cycle management was signifi cantly higher than that in the group before the implementation of PDCA cycle management(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of PDCA circulation management in the rehabilitation treatment of neurogenic bladder patients can eff ectively improve the awareness rate of neurogenic bladder rehabilitation treatment and the implementation rate of neurogenic bladder rehabilitation treatment.
