质子治疗中心引进配套贵重医疗设备的可行性分析

摘　　要：在现代肿瘤质子治疗中心建设过程中,为打造全方位肿瘤学科群,除配置尖端质子治疗装置外,肿瘤诊断、定位及治疗相关的配套贵重医疗设备同样不可或缺。以瑞金医院肿瘤质子中心贵重医疗设备引进过程中的可行性论证方法为基础,总结探索出适合新建质子治疗中心在引进配置贵重医疗设备的可行性论证分析方法。旨在切实践行公立医院医疗改革精神的同时合理规划和控制贵重医疗的设备配置数量和费用,充分发挥公立医院社会公益属性,提高设备的使用效率和获得收益,使得尖端科学技术造福广大肿瘤患者,为实现2030国民健康的总体战略助推动力。In the construction of modern proton therapy center,in order to build a comprehensive cancer disciplinary cluster,in addition to configuration of a cutting-edge proton therapy device,it is necessary to build diagnosis of tumor,location and the mating precious medical equipment.Based on the feasibility study of the introduction of various medical equipment in proton center of Ruijin Hospital,the study demonstrates that it is possible to explore the feasibility analysis method for a new cancer center in Ruijin Hospital in order to define the implement and promotion of public hospital medical reform,control cost of expensive medical equipment allocation effectively,as well as give fully income to the public welfare attribute of a public hospital.The study will improve the efficiency of equipment use and gain benefits,make cutting-edge science and technology development and save the medical cost for cancer patients.This project will also boost the overall strategy of 2030 national health plan in China.
