摘　　要：目的:观察足底内侧逆行皮瓣联合V S D修复足底前内侧皮肤软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年8月—2019年8月,采用足底内侧逆行皮瓣联合VSD修复足底前内侧皮肤软组织缺损患者有8例,记录治疗结束后皮瓣成活率,创面修复效果及功能改善效果。结果:8例患者足底前内侧皮肤软组织缺损得到修复,皮瓣成存活率100%。术后随访6~12个月,皮瓣外观不臃肿,色泽可,质地优良,感觉运动良好,创面修复及功能改善佳,修复后效果满意。结论:足底内侧逆行皮瓣联合V S D修复足底前内侧皮肤软组织缺损,操作简单,手术效果确切,与修复组织质地相近且耐磨性好,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Medial plantar retrograde flap combined with vacuum sealing drainage in repairing the soft tissue defect of anterior medial plantar.Methods From August 2017 to August 2019,medial plantar retrograde flap combined with vacuum sealing drainage was used to repair the soft tissue defect of anterior medial plantar in 8 patients,The survival rate of the flap after treatment,wound healing effect and functional improvement effect were recorded.Results The soft tissue defect of anterior medial plantar was repaired in 8 patients.The flap survival rate was 100%.The patients were followed up from 6 to 12 months,the shape of flap was not swollen,the flap had good texture and color match and adapted well to the defect.The wound healing effect and functional improvement effect were good and 8 patients were satisfied.Conclusion Medial plantar retrograde flap combined with VSD was used to repair the soft tissue defect of anterior medial plantar.The operation was simple,the surgical effect was accurate,and the texture of the plantar tissue was similar to that of the repaired tissue with good wear resistance,which was worthy of promotion and application.
