摘  要:针对工厂需对一些规则工件的圆孔半径、平行距离以及角度进行非接触式测量和检测,设计一种基于单目视觉的平面尺寸测量系统。以OpenCV机器视觉库和Qt界面设计库为开发平台,采用C++进行编程实现测量功能。系统驱动Basler工业相机采集工件的平面图像,通过ROI(感兴趣区域)获取待测件轮廓的有用信息,进行曲线拟合和尺寸计算,结合开发的测量工具(平行距离、半径、夹角)和定位工具对尺寸进行实时测量。对不同类型工件进行尺寸测量实验,测试结果表明:该系统测量方法是可行的,测量软件开发是成功的,测量耗时毫秒级,最大相对误差1%以内。In view of the non-contact measurement and detection of the radius,parallel distance and angle of a number of regular workpieces,a plane size measurement system based on monocular vision was designed.Taking the OpenCV machine vision database and Qt interface design library as the development platform,C++was used to realize the measurement function.The system drove the Basler industrial camera to collect the plane image of the workpiece.Through the ROI(region of interest),it obtained the useful information of the contour of the parts to be measured,and carried out the curve fitting and size calculation,and combined the developed measuring tools(parallel distance,radius,angle)and the positioning tool to measure the size of the workpiece in real time.The size measurement experiment of different types of workpiece was carried out.The test results show that the measurement method of the system is feasible,the development of the measurement software is successful,the measurement time is millisecond level and the maximum relative error is less than 1%.
