摘 要:对重载汽车传动轴的凸缘叉、花键轴叉及万向节叉等零部件进行了结构优化设计。首先在Creo软件中建立零部件的三维模型,使用ANSYS Workbench软件对其进行结构静力学分析,得到危险截面与实际应用中发生断裂的部位一致,且模型质量与实物称重吻合,完成三维模型的校正。然后采用变密度法对模型进行结构拓扑优化分析,根据分析结果,对其结构形状进行消减和尺寸优化,并对优化后的零部件进行了校核。结果表明,应用拓扑优化设计方法,可以有效降低零部件的质量,实现汽车传动轴轻量化设计目标。The structural optimization design of flange yoke,slip shaft yoke and universal joint yoke of propeller shaft in heavy-duty vehicles was carried out.Firstly,a three-dimensional model of the components was built in Creo,and ANSYS Workbench was used to analyzed the structural static.The dangerous section was consistent with the actual fracture location,and the model quality coincides with the physical weighing,thus the three-dimensional model was corrected.Then variable density method was used to take structural topology optimization analysis for the model.According to the analysis results,the structures were reduced,optimized and verified.The results show that the application of topology optimization design method can effectively reduce the quality of components and realize the lightweight design of vehicle propeller shafts.
