摘 要:【目的】不同油茶品种的抗旱性可能不同,对干旱胁迫的生长响应也会有所差异。通过研究不同油茶品种对干旱胁迫的生长响应,为抗旱机制等深入研究奠定基础。【方法】通过盆栽控水试验,测定了4个油茶品种(赣190、无12、无2、兴46)的生长指标,对比研究了不同油茶品种在干旱胁迫下的生长特性。【结果】干旱胁迫下,4个油茶品种的株高生长量、地径生长量及干物质积累量均明显降低,除轻度干旱胁迫下兴46株高生长量、干物质积累量及无12地径生长量均较正常供水有所增加。随着干旱胁迫程度的加剧,4个油茶品种的总根长、根系干质量、地上部分干质量及高径比均呈减小趋势,而侧根数、根冠比及枯叶数均呈增加趋势。重度干旱胁迫下,4个油茶品种的干物质积累量均显著降低,无12和无2的总根长也显著降低,而无12侧根数显著增加。相关性分析表明,赣190和无12的干物质积累量、赣190和无2的株高生长量、无12和无2的高径比均与土壤含水量呈显著正相关关系。【结论】中度、重度干旱胁迫对不同油茶品种的株高、地径及生物量等均有显著负面影响,轻度干旱胁迫反而会促进某些油茶品种的生长,不同油茶品种各生长指标对土壤水分的响应不甚相同。[Objective]The drought resistance of different Camellia oleifera varieties may be different,and the growth response to drought stress will also be different.The growth response of different Camellia oleifera varieties to drought stress was studied,which laid a foundation for further research on drought resistance mechanism.[Method]The growth indexes of four varieties of Camellia oleifera were measured by pot experiment.The four varieties of Camellia oleifera were Gan-190,Wu-12,Wu-2 and Xing-46.The growth characteristics of different varieties of Camellia oleifera under drought stress were compared.[Result]Under drought stress,the plant height growth,ground diameter growth and dry matter accumulation of the four Camellia oleifera clones all decreased significantly,except for the plant height growth and dry matter accumulation of Xing-46 and the ground diameter growth of Wu-12 under mild stress,which were more than under the normal water supply.With the increasing of the degree of drought stress,the total root length,root dry weight,ground dry weight and high diameter ratio of the four Camellia oleifera clones showed an decreasing trend,while the lateral root number and root crown ratio and the number of dead leaves showed an increasing trend.Under severe drought stress,the dry matter accumulation of Gan-190,Wu-12,Wu-2,and Xing-46 all decrease significantly,and the total root length of Wu-12 and Wu-2 also decreased significantly,while the lateral root number of Wu-12 increased significantly.Correlation analysis showed that the accumulation of gan-190 and Wu-12 and the plant height growth of Gan-190 and Wu-2 and the ratio of height to diameter of Wu-2 and Wu-12 had significant positive correlation with soil water content[.Conclusion]Moderate and severe drought stress had significant negative effects on plant height,ground diameter and biomass of different Camellia oleifera varieties.On the contrary,mild drought stress promoted the growth of some Camellia oleifera varieties.The response of growth indexes of different
