摘 要:ZK蜗杆齿形误差测量以近似线性截形测量技术为主,各种量仪间存在测量位置不统一、评价结果差异性较大的问题,齿形精度无法评判、比对。从直线度评价策略、搜索步长、截形离散化程度出发,分析了3种因素对截形测量位置的影响,给出了近似线性截形测量技术的原理性误差评判策略,分析了ZK蜗杆模数、螺旋升角等参数对齿形误差测量精度的影响,提出了近似线性截形测量技术的适用范围。测试表明,近似线性截形测量技术仅适用于螺旋升角较小的ZK蜗杆。螺旋升角越大,齿形失真越严重。The measurement of tooth profile error of ZK worm is mainly based on the approximate linear profile technology.There are some problems among various measuring instruments,such as different measuring positions and different evaluation results,therefore the accuracy of tooth profile cannot be judged and compared.From the straightness evaluation strategy,search step length and the discretizationdegree of section,the influence of three factors on the measurement position is analyzed.The principle error evaluation strategy of approximate linear profile measurement technology is given.The influence of module and helix angle of ZK worm on the measurement accuracy of tooth profile error is analyzed.The suitable object of approximate linear profile measurement technology is proposed.The test results show that the approximate linear profile measurement technique is only suitable for the ZK worm with small helix angle.The larger the helix angle is,the more serious the distortion of tooth profile error is andthe measurement result is not credible.
