摘  要:某原油输送管道首站A^#直接加热炉已运行超过10年,存在燃烧器老化、炉膛积灰、炉管结渣等问题,导致燃烧、传热效果欠佳,造成排烟温度偏高,多次监测均为节能监测不合格设备。经大修改造后,对比分析了燃油和燃气状态下同等负荷运行条件的测试结果。结果表明,该加热炉经过大修理措施后,加热炉的排烟温度降低、空气系数下降、表面平均温度下降,热效率明显提高,改造效果良好。且燃气状态比燃油状态节能效果更明显,从节能环保与经济效益角度考虑,以天然气为燃料能更有效降低加热炉运行成本,约3年即可收回投资,投资回报率较高。A# heating furnace has been use for more than 10 years. There are problems such as burner aging, furnace ash deposition, furnace tube slagging, resulting in poor combustion and heat transfer effect and high flue temperature. After the modification, the test results of the same load operation conditions under the condition of fuel oil and gas are compared and analyzed. The flue temperature, air coefficient and surface temperature of the furnace are reduced, and the thermal efficiency is obviously improved, and the transformation effect is good. From the perspective of energy conservation, environmental protection and economic benefits, using natural gas as fuel can effectively reduce the operation cost of heating furnace,and the investment can be recovered in about 3 years,the return on investment is high.
