摘 要:碳纤维连续抽油杆是以碳纤维、树脂等复合材料为主体,采用挤压工艺加工成型的一种新型轻质柔性连续抽油杆,其区别于钢制抽油杆和以钢丝绳外包裹橡胶为主体材料的连续抽油杆,并兼有这两种抽油杆的技术优势,质量轻、耐腐蚀、耐疲劳、摩擦系数低等,较好地解决了钢制抽油杆质量大、能耗高、易磨损、作业效率低等缺点。现场试验表明,该技术具有很好的降载和节能效果,较好地适应抽油机井举升工艺技术,有力推动该工艺技术高效、节能发展。Continuous sucker rod is the carbon fiber, carbon fiber resin composite material as the main body, such as adopting extrusion processing and shaping process of a new type of lightweight flexible continuous sucker rod,the difference in the outside steel sucker rod and wire rope wrapped rubber as the main materials of the continuous sucker rod,and technical advantages of both these two kinds of sucker rod, light quality, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance,low friction coefficient and better solve the steel sucker rod quality, high energy consumption,easy to wear and tear, low working efficiency shortcomings. The field test shows that the technology has a good effect of load reduction and energy saving,is suitable for the pumping well lifting technology, and effectively promotes the development of the technology with high efficiency and energy saving.
