摘　　要：针对集中处理站施工作业中各类违章行为频发,安全风险级别较高,对企业的安全生产和管理人员都造成严重的影响,文中通过对施工作业现场违章行为的危害因素分析,并将施工前期的准备工作进一步阐述,明确各阶段的任务,提出了长效管控机制和应急管理措施,防止施工作业事故的发生,为其他集中处理站提供借鉴作用。in view of the frequent occurrence of all kinds of violations in the construction work of the centralized treatment station, the high level of safety hidden danger, which has a serious impact on the safety production and management personnel of the enterprise. In this paper,through the analysis of the hazard factors of the construction site violation behavior,and the preconstruction preparation work is further elaborated, the task of each stage is clarified, and the long-term control mechanism and emergency management measures are proposed to prevent the occurrence of construction work accidents. Provide reference for other central processing stations.
