摘 要:针对负压吸液装置在油田修井作业现场使用中,存在吸入物堵塞入口,增加风机负荷,造成设备损坏问题。同时,针对污油污水进入风道,从风机出口排出,造成环境污染问题,提出了采用增压阀和进出口可转换管路设计,解决核心部件涡流风机能耗增加、过热的问题,采用涡流离心气液分离器和电导式液位报警器,解决风机进油水问题,经现场应用结果表明,因风机过热导致轴承烧坏的维修率下降71.5%,并有效控制了设备次生污染现象。This article is aimed at the problem of negative pressure suction device used in oilfield work over site,there is a problem of inhalation blocking the inlet,increasing the load of the fan,and causing equipment damage. At the same time, in view of the problem of environmental pollution caused by dirty oil and sewage entering the air duct and discharged from the outlet of the fan, the design of the use of booster valves and switchable pipelines for inlet and outlet is proposed to solve the problem of increased energy consumption and overheating of the core component of the vortex fan. The centrifugal gas-liquid separator and the conductivity type liquid level alarm solve the problem of oil and water in the fan. The field application results show that the maintenance rate of the bearing burnout due to the overheating of the fan is reduced by 71.5%,and the secondary pollution of the equipment is effectively controlled.
