文旅融合视野下乡村振兴的策略与路径探索——基于“两山”理念诞生地湖州市的经验启示

摘　　要：文旅融合发展为乡村旅游提档升级、实现新一轮创新发展、更好地促进乡村振兴提供了新机遇。从3个方面分析了文旅融合为乡村振兴注入了新动能,探讨了“两山”理念诞生地浙江省湖州市文旅融合助力乡村振兴的成功经验。湖州市的实践探索经验表明,各地在乡村文旅融合发展助推乡村振兴实践中,必须坚持规划引领、融合发展、创新撬动、品牌驱动和要素联动的发展思路与策略,才能有效地破解乡村文旅融合发展的制约瓶颈,促进乡村文旅深度融合、提质增效。在此基础上提出了深化文旅融合、助力乡村振兴的策略与路径选择。The integrated development of culture and tourism provides new opportunities for upgrading rural tourism,realizing a new round of innovative development and better promoting rural revitalization.From three aspects,this paper analyzed that cultural and tourism integration has injected new momentum into rural revitalization;it also discussed the successful experience of Huzhou city,Zhejiang province,where the concept of“Two Mountains”was born.The practical exploration experience of Huzhou city shows that in the practice of promoting rural revitalization by cultural and tourism integration development,all localities must adhere to the planning guidance,integrated development,innovation prying,brand driven and element linkage,which can effectively break the bottleneck of the integration of rural culture and tourism,promote the deep integration of rural culture and tourism,improve the quality and effi⁃ciency.On this basis,the strategies and path selection of deepening cultural and tourism integration and helping rural revitalization were put forward.
