粮食主产区农地流转经济效益实证分析——以奇台县为例

摘　　要：研究粮食主产区农地流转的经济效益可为研究区农地流转工作的开展提供参考依据。采用C-D生产函数从农户经济行为和边际收益2个角度分析研究区农地流转经济效益。结果显示,从农户经济行为来看,农户的农地流转行为是经济的,农地流转提高了农业生产率,产生了规模经济效应;从农地边际收益来看,未参与流转农户的农地边际收益大于参与流转农户的农地边际收益,表明参与流转农户将农地边际收益转化为了生产经营性收入。研究区农地流转经济效益显著,在引导农地流转的过程中,应注重小农户家庭的发展,提高农业技术水平,结合实际情况为小农户提供优质的一体化服务。Studying the economic benefits of farmland transfer in the major grain-producing areas can provide reference for the devel⁃opment of farmland transfer.The economic benefits of farmland transfer in the study area from the perspectives of farmers’economic behaviors and marginal benefit were analyzed by the C-D production function.The results showed that,from the farmers’economic be⁃havior,the farmers’behavior was economic,the farmland transfer had increased agricultural productivity and produced economies of scale;From the marginal income of agricultural land,the marginal benefit of the farmers who not involved in farm land transfer was greater than that of involved farmers,which showed the involved farmers transfered the farmland marginal income into the production and operating income.Agricultural land transfer economic benefits in studying area are significant,in the process of guiding the trans⁃fer of agricultural land,the government should focus on the development of small farmers’families and improve the level of agricultur⁃al technology,combine the local conditions to provide quality integrated services for small farmers’families.
