成都都市圈城镇化与经济、环境协调性研究

摘　　要：以成都都市圈为研究区域,从城镇化水平(城镇化率)、经济发展质量(第三产业GDP占比)和生态环境质量3个方面计算分析了成都都市圈9个城市2005—2016年的城镇化水平、经济发展质量和生态环境状况,在此基础上采用协调度模型对三者的协调性进行了分析研究。结果表明,成都都市圈内城市城镇化率不断提高,经济发展质量持续提升,生态环境质量总体呈下降趋势;各城市城镇化水平、经济发展质量和生态环境质量三者之间的协调度随时间变化波动较大,但总体呈缓慢降低趋势,且协调度存在明显的地域差异;城镇化与经济发展质量间的协调度总体不断提升,但城镇化与生态环境质量、经济发展质量与生态环境质量之间的协调度总体呈下降趋势。Taking the Chengdu metropolitan area as the research area,the urbanization level,economic development quality and eco⁃logical environment of the nine cities in Chengdu metropolitan area from 2005 to 2016 in terms of urbanization rate,GDP ratio of tertia⁃ry industry and ecological environment were calculated and analyzed.Based on the situation,the coordination degree model was used to analyze the coordination of the three.The results showed that the urbanization rate of the urban area was continuously improved,the quality of economic development continued to improve,and the quality of the ecological environment was generally declining.The de⁃gree of coordination among urbanization level,economic development quality and ecological environment quality of various cities fluc⁃tuated greatly with time,but the overall trend showed a slow downward trend,and there were obvious regional differences in coordina⁃tion degree.The coordination degree between urbanization and economic development quality had been continuously improved,but the degree of coordination between urbanization and ecological environment quality,economic development and ecological environment quality had generally declined.
