摘  要:含B2O3添加物应用于钒钛烧结可提升钒钛烧结矿质量,改善部分冶金性能。本文通过FactSage热力学软件和烧结杯实验研究了化学成分变化对钒钛烧结矿成矿过程中液相量的影响,结果表明:随着B2O3和Al2O3含量的升高,液相量呈增大趋势。烧结杯实验中,随着B2O3添加比例的提升,烧结矿试样转鼓强度先增大后降低,成品率、垂直烧结速度等烧结指标趋势相同。烧结液相量的持续增大,造成大孔薄壁结构会引起烧结矿整体强度的下降。The application of B2O3 additive in vanadium titanium sintering can improve the quality of vanadium titanium sinter and improve metallurgical properties.The effect of chemical composition change on liquid phase quantity of vanadium titanium sinter during mineralization is studied by FactSage and sintering experiments.The results indicate that the liquid phase quantity increases with the increase of B2O3 and Al2O3 content.As the B2O3 content increases,the drum strength of sinter sample increases first and then decreases,and the trend is the same assintering indexes such as yield and vertical sintering speed.With the continuous increase of sintering liquid phase quantity,the large pore and thin-walled structure will result in the decrease of sinter overall strength.
