摘 要:根据普通稠油的开采技术要求,研发出一种降黏驱油剂复配体系,并从油水界面张力,降黏率,自然沉降脱水率,吸附后降黏率,洗油率等方面对其进行了室内性能评价。结果表明,在地层温度70℃下,矿化度为5000mg/L的条件下,该降黏剂体系在0.3%下,可使界面张力达到4.5×10-2mN/m,降黏率达到95%,自然沉降脱水率达到80%,吸附后降黏率达到80%,洗油率能达到35%;该体系具有较好的降黏效率,并且能够进一步提高稠油开采效率,关键指标均能满足稠油降黏驱油剂的技术要求。According to the technical requirements of conventional heavy oil recovery,a viscosity reducing and oil displacement agent compound system was developed,and its performance was evaluated from the aspects of oil-water interfacial tension,viscosity reduction rate,natural sedimentation dehydration rate,viscosity reduction rate after adsorption and oil washing efficiency.The results show that under the condition of formation temperature of 70℃and salinity of 5000mg/L,the interfacial tension can reach 4.5×10-2mN/m,the viscosity reduction rate can reach 98%,and the dehydration rate of natural settlement can reach 80%,After adsorption,the viscosity reduction rate can reach 80%,and the oil washing efficiency can reach 35%.The system has good viscosity reduction efficiency,and can further improve the heavy oil recovery efficiency,and the key indicators can meet the technical requirements of heavy oil viscosity reducing and oil displacement agent.
