摘　　要：以家用陶瓷砖为研究对象,运用AHP建模思想,分析影响陶瓷砖质量的各个指标,建立多级递阶结构模型,构造判断矩阵,使用“求和法”计算相对重要程度,从而确定各指标的权重。以某陶瓷企业的产品为例进行实例验证,确定影响陶瓷砖质量权重较大的指标,用以引导生产,提高企业市场竞争力。Taking ceramic tiles as the research object,using AHP modeling ideas,this paper analyzes various indicators affecting the quality of ceramic tiles.By establishing a multi-level hierarchical structure model and constructing a judgment matrix,the paper uses the“summation method”to calculate the relative importance of each indicator,thus determining the weight.It takes the example of a ceramic company’s products and carries out a test to determine which indicators are most important in deciding the quality of the ceramic tiles,which will provide a guidance to production and thus improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.
