摘 要:阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)是一种常见的慢性多系统损害的疾病。OSAHS的中枢神经系统(central nervous system,CNS)损害主要表现为认知障碍及神经精神异常,严重影响患者的生存质量及生命安全,但其神经病理机制尚未完全阐明。近年来,静息态功能磁共振成像(resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging,rs-fMRI)及其先进的数据处理方法为OSAHS神经影像学的研究开辟了新道路。作者对其进行综述,旨在探究OSAHS患者CNS损害潜在的神经病理机制并为其早期诊断及治疗提供有价值的方法及证据。Obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)is a common disease with chronic multi-system damage.The central nervous system(CNS)damage of OSAHS is mainly manifested as cognitive impairment and neuropsychiatric abnormality,which seriously affects the quality of life and safety of patients.However,the neuropathological mechanism of OSAHS has not been fully elucidated.Recently,resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI)and its advanced data processing methods have opened a new way for the study of OSAHS neuroimaging.This article makes a review to explore the potential neuropathic mechanisms of CNS damage in OSAHS patients and to provide valuable methods and evidence for early diagnosis and treatment.
