热毒宁注射液联合注射用盐酸头孢替安治疗小儿支气管肺炎的药物应用情况分析

摘　　要：目的:分析热毒宁注射液联合注射用盐酸头孢替安治疗小儿支气管肺炎临床疗效。方法:2019年2月-2020年1月收治小儿支气管肺炎患儿84例,随机分为两组,各42例。对照组行常规治疗及注射用盐酸头孢替安治疗;观察组在常规治疗及注射用盐酸头孢替安治疗的基础上再给予热毒宁注射用治疗。比较两组临床症状改善时间及临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组发热、咳嗽、咳痰、疲乏改善时间均短于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:热毒宁注射液联合注射用盐酸头孢替安治疗小儿支气管肺炎可有效提升临床治疗效率,缩短患儿临床症状改善时间。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Reduning injection combined with cefotiam hydrochloride in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children.Methods:From February 2019 to January 2020,84 children with bronchopneumonia were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment and cefotiam hydrochloride for injection.The observation group was treated with Reduning injection on the basis of routine treatment and cefotiam hydrochloride for injection.The clinical symptom improvement time and clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of fever,cough,expectoration and fatigue in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Reduning injection combined with cefotiam hydrochloride injection can effectively improve the clinical treatment efficiency and shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms in children with bronchopneumonia.
