不同时间中药外敷治疗气血两虚产妇乳汁分泌不足及乳汁瘀积的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察不同时间中药外敷治疗气血两虚产妇乳汁分泌不足及乳汁瘀积的疗效。方法:2018年5月-2019年12月收治气血两虚体质的产妇240例,随机分为两组,各120例。观察组产后24 h应用中药外敷双侧乳房;对照组产后72 h应用中药外敷双侧乳房。比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组乳汁分泌不足的治疗总有效率高于对照组,发生乳汁瘀积的治疗总有效率也高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产后乳汁分泌时间短于对照组,乳汁瘀积率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产后24 h应用中药外敷双侧乳房,可有效促进气血两虚产妇乳汁的排出,减少乳汁瘀积的发生。Objective:To explore the effect of external application of traditional Chinese medicine at different time on insufficient milk secretion and milk stasis of puerpera with Qi Xue Liang Xu.Methods:From May 2018 to December 2019,240 pregnant women with Qi Xue Liang Xu were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 120 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with external application of Chinese medicine to bilateral breasts in 24 hours after delivery.The control group was treated with external application of Chinese medicine to bilateral breasts at 72 hours after delivery.We compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate of the treatment of insufficient milk secretion was higher than that of the control group,and the total effective rate of the treatment of milk stasis was also higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the postpartum milk secretion time was shorter than that of the control group,and the milk stasis rate was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:External application of traditional Chinese medicine to bilateral breasts in 24 hours after delivery can effectively promote the discharge of milk and reduce the occurrence of milk stasis.
