摘　　要：目的:研究个性化护理对糖尿病足患者的护理效果。方法:2019年3月-2020年2月收治糖尿病足患者128例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规护理方式;观察组给予针对性的个性化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组患者治疗配合度及对护理方案的认可度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后足部不良症状发生率及不良情绪评分均低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病足患者接受多角度全方位的个性化护理,能够有效改善患者各方面指标水平,对患者康复有积极作用。Objective:To explore the effectiveness of individualized nursing in patients with diabetic foot.Methods:From March2019 to February 2020,128 patients with diabetic foot were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given targeted personalized nursing.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the treatment cooperation degree and the recognition degree of nursing program were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after nursing,the incidence of foot adverse symptoms and the score of bad emotions were lower than those of the control group,and the score of quality of life was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multi angle and all-round personalized nursing for diabetic foot patients can effectively improve the level of various indicators of patients,and it has a positive effect on the rehabilitation of patients.
