新型冠状病毒疫情下上海市浦东新区全科医生在防控工作中发挥的作用

摘　　要：2019年12月湖北省武汉市陆续发现不明原因肺炎病例。2月11日,世界卫生组织正式将新型冠状病毒肺炎命名为2019新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)。目前研究仍未阐明COVID-19发病机制,尚无明确的药物应用,临床治疗多以对症、支持为主。故本次疫情控制的重点在于防控。浦东新区确诊病例占上海市的18%。2020-01-19开始,全科医生参与到疫情的联防联控中,至2月9日(56例),确诊例数开始趋于平缓,疫情基本得到控制。上海浦东新区全科医生通过高效的筛查流程,网格化管理,加强自身防护和广泛的宣传疏导,使得在抗击疫情的第20天得到控制。本文总结上海市浦东新区全科医生在COVID-19疫情中所做的工作和发挥的作用,以便更好地为社区居民提供健康保护。In December 2019,cases of unexplained pneumonia were found in Wuhan City,Hubei Province.On Feb 11 th,WHO officially named novel coronavirus,who caused the pneumonia epidemic in Wuhan,as 2019-nCoV(COVID-19).At present,the pathogenesis of COVID-19 has not been clarified,there is no clear drug application,and the clinical treatment is mainly symptomatic and supportive.Therefore,the focus of this epidemic control is prevention and control.The confirmed cases in Pudong New area accounted for 18%of all cases in Shanghai.From January 19 th,2020,general practitioners participated in the joint prevention and control of the epidemic,to February 9 th(56 cases),the number of confirmed cases began to slow down,and the epidemic situation was basically brought under control.General practitioners in Shanghai Pudong New area were brought under control on the 20 th day of fighting the epidemic through efficient screening process,grid management,strengthening self-protection and extensive publicity and guidance.To summarize the work and role of general practitioners in Pudong New area of Shanghai in the outbreak of COVID-19 to better provide health protection for community residents.
