摘　　要：三亚某酒店裙房为部分框支剪力墙结构,存在扭转不规则、凹凸不规则、尺寸突变、构件间断、局部穿层柱5个不规则项。采用多种结构分析软件进行整体弹性计算分析、弹性时程分析以及罕遇地震作用下的静力弹塑性推覆分析,并采取有针对性的抗震加强措施以确保结构安全可行。The podiums of a hotel in Sanya is a partial frame-supported shear wall structure with 5 irregular items,including irregular torsion,irregular concave and concave arrangement,size mutation,component discontinuity and local skip-layer columns.A variety of structural analysis software was used for analysis.Through the elasticity calculations of the overall structure,elastic time-history analysis for the building under frequent earthquakes,and static elastic-plastic pushover analysis under rare earthquake conditions,targeted anti-seismic strengthening measures are taken to ensure the safety and feasibility of the structure.
