摘　　要：钻完井试油液面实时动态监测至关重要,准确可靠监测数据是试油分析的基础,传统试油液面监测方法与系统难以满足要求。为满足目前对于钻完井试油液面监测的要求,设计了一套钻完井试油液面监测系统,包括井口仪表和试油液面监控器,采用压缩伴生气产生次声波,利用套管接箍回波和油管内液面回波计算井筒实时动态液面和油井压力恢复曲线。该系统在现场应用操作简单,液面监测数据准确可靠,证明了该系统在油田勘探开发具有一定的应用价值。The real-time and dynamic monitoring of oil level during drilling and completion is very important.The accurate and reliable monitoring data is the basis of oil test analysis.The traditional liquid level monitoring method and system are difficult to meet the requirements.In order to meet the current requirements for drilling and completion test oil level monitoring,a set of liquid level monitoring system for drilling and completion test oil was designed,including wellhead instrument and oil level monitor.Infrasound wave was generated by compressed associated gas,and real-time fluid level and pressure build-up curve in the oil well were calculated by casing coupling echo and oil level echo in the tubing.The system has the advantages of simple operation,and the liquid level monitoring data is accurate and reliable during the field application,which proves the system has certain application value in oilfield exploration and development.
