摘 要:工程安全的要求越来越高,某涂装产线面向新车型的工程安全性不断进行完善。将工程的安全设计提前到新车型生准阶段进行应用是非常重要的。本文重点介绍了3种安全设计的生准应用案例,包括了治具工程、电泳工程、密封胶工程。本文从预想灾害程度、危险点量化、工程安全着眼点和实例介绍等多方面进行探讨,从而总结出安全设计的思路。As the safety of engineering is becoming more and more important,the engineering safety of a painting production line for new models is improved constantly.It is very important to take the engineering safety design in advance to the trial production stage.This paper is focused on the application cases of three kinds of safety designs,including fixture engineering,E-coating engineering and sealant engineering,etc.Meanwhile,the degree of anticipated disaster,the quantification of risk points and the highlights of engineering safety are discussed.Finally,the concept-forming process of safety design is given.
