摘  要:市场上口罩生产设备多种多样,良莠不齐。按照生产工艺的顺序,对市场上现有口罩机的放料装置、鼻梁条固定装置、耳带焊接装置、呼吸阀焊接装置和检测系统等关键结构部件进行了详细地研究,对各机构的发展变化及各自优缺点进行了总结和对比。指出了目前口罩机设备产能过剩,但高端产品仍相对紧缺的局面,认为应当进一步提高口罩机的自动化程度,且在生产过程中普化清洁消毒环节、对机器故障和产品质量的全线检测系统,提高口罩机的兼容性,即一台口罩机经过调试或简单的工序调整可满足两种以上类型口罩的生产。There are many kinds of mask production equipment on the market,with mixed good and bad.In accordance with the sequence of the production process,the key structural components were researched,such as the discharge device,the nose bridge fixing device,the ear strap welding device,the breathing valve welding device and the detection system,and the development of each mechanism and their respective advantages and disadvantages were summarized and compared.At present,the production capacity of mask machine equipment is overcapacity,but high-end products are still relatively in short supply.It is believed that the degree of automation of mask machine should be further improved,and the cleaning and disinfection link should be generalized in the production process,and the full-line detection system for machine failure and product quality should be improved.The compatibility of the machine,that is,a mask machine can meet the production of more than two types of masks after debugging or simple process adjustment.
