摘 要:蠕墨铸铁可加工性差限制了其在汽车工业的应用。利用高速钢麻花钻头对蠕墨铸铁进行钻削,采用单因素实验分析钻削工艺参数对轴向力、旋转力矩的影响规律,采用正交实验分析各工艺参数的影响显著程度。实验结果显示钻削轴向力和旋转力矩随进给速度的增大而增大,随主轴转速的增大而小幅减小;正交实验方差分析也显示进给速度对钻削力的影响最大,其次是主轴转速,最后是进给速度和主轴转速间的交互作用。通过线性拟合的关系模型预测结果与实验值比较吻合,可为蠕墨铸铁钻削过程中钻头所受钻削力的大小提供计算依据。The poor machinability of compacted graphite iron limits its application in the automotive industry.High-speed steel twist drills were used to drill compacted graphite iron.The effect of drilling parameters on thrust force and torque was studied by single-factor experiments.The level of significance and correlation of the drilling parameters were compared by orthogonal experimental design.The experimental results show that the thrust force and torque increase with the increasing of feed rate,and slightly decrease with the increasing of spindle speed.The variance analysis also shows that the feed rate has the greatest influence on the drilling force,followed by the spindle speed,and finally the interaction between the feed rate and the spindle speed.The predicted results by the linear fitting model are in good agreement with the experimental values,which can provide calculation basis for the drilling force during the drilling of compacted graphite iron.
