摘 要:低碳钢拉伸压缩实验是工程力学课程的重要实践环节,学生通过实验可直观感受试样受力后变形的过程,但对很多概念仍难理解。以低碳钢压缩实验为例,使用SolidWorks软件的Simulation插件对压缩试样进行静应力分析,并与实验结果进行比较,可帮助学生提高对力学性能相关概念的理解程度;同时考虑到试样的高度较高,可能存在失稳现象,通过屈曲分析进行验证,获取产生变形的临界载荷,解决学生对力学方面问题的疑惑。分析结果有一定的参考价值。The experiment of tensile compression of low carbon steel is an important part of the engineering mechanics course.Students can feel the deformation process of the specimen directly through the experiment,but many concepts are still difficult to understand.Taking the low-carbon steel compression experiment as an example,the static stress analysis of the compression specimen was carried out by using the simulation plug-in of SolidWorks software,and compared with the experimental results,which can help students to improve their understanding of the concepts related to mechanical properties.In addition,considering the high height of the specimen and the possibility of instability,the buckling analysis was used to verify and obtain the critical load of deformation,the students′doubts about mechanical problems were solved.The analysis result has certain reference value.
