摘  要:为了针对不同应用场合,合理选择自动扶梯的扶手带驱动系统形式,对比了自动扶梯带系统扶手带驱动的各种形式;为了分析空载时扶手带系统消耗功率的占比情况,给出了梯路和扶手带系统在空载时的摩擦阻力计算及消耗功率计算公式,并计算了不同提升高度下的占比值;为了降低扶手带系统消耗功率,对影响占比的扶手系统的摩擦因数进行了敏感度分析。以便能够在设计中选择合适的形式来满足客户的需求和提高产品竞争力,并减少扶手带系统功率消耗。In order to select a reasonable type of escalator handrail drive system for different applications,various types of escalator handrail drive system were compared.In order to analyze the proportion of the power consumed by the handrail system under no-load,the friction resistance calculation and power consumption formula of the ladder road and the handrail system under no-load were given,and the ratio of the power consumption under different lifting heights was calculated.In order to reduce the power consumption of the handrail system,the sensitivity analysis of the friction coefficient of the armrest system was carried out.So as to select the appropriate form in the design to meet the needs of customers and provide product competitiveness,and reduce the power consumption of the handrail system.
