摘 要:铁路轨道维护钻孔时,对设备的体积、重量、能耗、震动、噪声以及操作便捷性都提出了较高的要求。基于火车轨道维护维修的实际工况,设计了微型转孔机械的同轴减速机构,对内部齿轮和轴的参数尺寸进行了校核,并设计了减速机构的虚拟样机,借助ABAQUS有限元分析软件对减速机构进行应力与位移仿真分析。仿真结果与减速机构设计校核结果一致,可为产品进一步优化设计以及加工制造提供参考依据。When drilling for railway track maintenance,higher requirements are put forward for equipment volume,weight,energy consumption,vibration,noise and operation convenience.Based on the actual working condition of train track maintenance and repair,the coaxial reducer of micro hole turning machine was designed,and the parameters of internal gear and shaft were checked.The virtual prototype of the reducer was designed,and the stress and displacement simulation analysis of the reducer mechanism was carried out with ABAQUS finite element analysis software.The simulation results are consistent with the design and verification results of the reducer mechanism,which can provide reference for further optimization design and manufacturing of products.
