摘  要:通过对大众双离合自动变速器工作原理进行分析,得出常见故障原因,总结对比了故障维修和控制方法,为双离合变速器维修提供参考。基于传统手动变速器技术改进而来的大众双离合自动变速器,工作原理是按奇数和偶数分开布置,将变速器挡位分别连接一个离合器,动力换挡的工作过程为2个离合器的交替切换实现。DSG结合了手动变速器的优势和自动变速器动力换挡的优点,具有更好的燃油经济性和动力性,因此,双离合变速器不仅被应用在大众品牌的车型上,还应用在高性能跑车上。Through the analysis of the working principle of Volkswagen dual clutch automatic transmission,the common fault causes were obtained,and the fault maintenance and control methods were summarized and compared to provid reference for the maintenance of double clutch transmission.Based on the traditional manual transmission technology,the Volkswagen dual clutch automatic transmission works according to the odd number and even number separately.The transmission gear is connected with a clutch respectively.The working process of power shift is realized by the alternate switching of two clutches.DSG combines the advantages of manual transmission and power shift of automatic transmission,and has better fuel economy and power performance.Therefore,dual clutch transmission is not only used in Volkswagen brand models,but also in high-performance sports cars.
