摘　　要：圆周SD值是滤棒产品质量的一项重要指标,生产过程中经常出现圆周SD值上下偏差大,造成测量值波动明显,从而影响滤棒质量。主要采用机械调整方法达到设备改善的目的,一是调整两个盘纸架张紧力为4.5 N,提高盘纸稳定性;二是烟舌要位于烟枪中心,与烟枪槽平行,在封口烙铁温度较低时松开烙铁背面的2颗M5内六角锁紧螺栓,通过2颗M6调节螺杆调节前后高度,用7.6 mm标准量棒在冷却压条的接口过渡,平滑、无卡阻,使烙铁入口端稍稍高于出口端。最终将滤棒圆周SD值合格率提高到96%,符合要求。该优化提高了滤棒圆周稳定性,使之达到质量把关标准。Circumference SD value is an important index of filter rod product quality.In the production process,the deviation of circumference SD value is often large,which causes obvious fluctuation of measured value,and affects the quality of filter rod.Mechanical adjustment method was used to achieve the purpose of equipment improvement.Adjust the tension force of two paper trays to 4.5 N to improve the paper tray stability;the cigarette tongue should be located in the center of the cigarette gun and parallel to the cigarette gun slot.When the temperature of the sealing soldering iron is low,loosen the two M5 hexagon locking bolts on the back of the soldering iron,adjust the front and rear height through two M6 adjusting screws,and use a 7.6 mm standard measuring stick to cool the strip.The interface transition of the soldering iron is smooth and free of jamming,so that the inlet end of the soldering iron is slightly higher than the outlet end.The qualified rate of filter rod circumference SD value was increased to 96%,which met the requirements.The optimization improves the circumferential stability of filter rod and makes it meet the quality control standard.
