黄荆子中一个木脂素成分的分离与NMR解析

摘　　要：木脂素类是黄荆子中重要的抗风湿、抗癌成分.结合文献调研,确定了从黄荆子分离木脂素的可行提取工艺方案.利用高效液相色谱仪(HPLC)对样品进行粗分析,再综合运用色谱技术将经过高效液相分析的样品进行化学成分的分离,最终从黄荆子中分离出1个木脂素化合物vitcannasides B,并进行了1H NMR、13C NMR、DEPT、HMBC、HSQC、1H-1H COSY、NOESY等核磁共振数据测定,对其进行详细NMR解析,特别是化合物上葡萄糖基团的准确解析未见报道.Lignans were the important anti-rheumatism and anti-cancer components of Vitex negundo.Through literature research,the feasible extraction process was determined,then the extraction and separation were carried out.The samples were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)to determine the parts that need to be carefully separated.The chemical components of the samples which have been analyzed by HPLC were separated.Finally,a lignan compound vitcannasides B was isolated from V.negundo.The 1H NMR,13C NMR,DEPT,HMBC,HSQC and 1H-1H COSY,NOESY nuclear magnetic resonance data were determined,and the detailed NMR data analysis of vitcannasides B was carried out,especially the accurate NMR data analysis of its glucose perssad has not been reported.
