构树扦插生根的影响因素探析

摘　　要：为了探讨影响构树扦插生根的因素,以杂交构树‘科构101’为试材,研究其插穗长度、直径、基质配比、生根剂质量浓度与处理时间对杂交构树扦插繁殖的生根率及根系生长的影响.结果显示,插穗直径为0.5~1 cm时生根率最高,为13.69%,根系效果指数最大,为0.25;插穗长度为8~12 cm时扦插效果最佳,生根率为25%,根系效果指数为0.48;以200 mg/L生根剂处理30 min时,构树扦插效果最好,生根率为15.48%,根系效果指数为0.31;基质配比为33.33%珍珠岩+33.33%蛭石+33.33%草炭土时最适合构树扦插繁殖,生根率为30.36%,根系效果指数为0.19.综合分析,插穗直径0.5~1 cm,长度为8~12 cm,以200 mg/L生根剂处理30 min,扦插基质为33.33%珍珠岩+33.33%蛭石+33.33%草炭土时,扦插枝条在生根率、平均生根数量及平均根长方面具有一定的优势,可以为构树种苗生产提供参考.In order to explore the factors that affect the rooting of paper mulberry(Broussonetia papyrifera)cutting,using hybrid paper mulberry‘Kegou101’as the test material,this study is focused on the effects of cutting length,diameter,substrate ratio,mass concentration of rooting agent and treatment time on the rooting rate and root growth of cuttings of hybrid trees.The results showed that the highest rooting rate(13.69%)and root effect index(0.25)were obtained when the diameter of cuttings was 0.5-1 cm;When the length of cuttings was 8-12 cm,the rooting rate was the highest 25%,and the root effect index was the highest 0.48;When the rooting agent of 200 mg/L was soaked for30 min,the cutting effect of paper mulberry was the best,the rooting rate was 15.48%,and the root effect index was 0.31;When the substrate ratio was 33.33%perlite+33.33%vermiculite+33.33%peat soil,it is the most suitable for the cuttage propagation of paper mulberry,and the rooting rate was 30.36%,the root effect index was 0.19.Comprehensive analysis shows that when the diameter of cuttings is 0.5-1 cm,the length of cuttings is 8-12 cm,the rooting agent of 200 mg/L is soaked for 30 min,and the substrate ratio is 33.33%perlite+33.33%vermiculite+33.33%peat soil,the cuttings have some advantages in terms of rooting rate,average rooting number and average root length,and could be referenced in seedling production of paper mulberry.
