创建新型学术期刊联盟的构想——基于“区块链+出版”

摘　　要：科技进步改变了信息传播的媒介和方式,提高了信息传播效率,也对从事信息传播的公共媒体产生了巨大影响。学术期刊间难以开展深度合作,现有期刊联盟实效性差是长期以来限制学术期刊行业整体发展的瓶颈。随着区块链技术的发展普及,未来“区块链+出版”是学术期刊行业发展的大势所趋。学术期刊应以开放、积极的姿态面对大数据、人工智能、区块链等新技术时代的到来,结合自身行业特点,发挥新技术的优势,提升行业整体发展水平,尤以应用区块链技术建立去中心化、高透明度、高参与度的新型学术期刊联盟最为迫切和必要。Technological advances have changed the media and methods of information dissemination,improved the efficiency of information dissemination,and have had a dramatic impact on public media.It is difficult to carry out in-depth cooperation among academic journals.The poor effectiveness of existing journal alliances is a bottleneck that has restricted the overall development of the academic journal industry for a long time.With the development of blockchain technology and its application in various industries,the future“blockchain+publishing”is the general trend of the development of the academic journal industry.Academic journals should face big data,artificial intelligence and blockchain technology in an open and positive attitude,comb with the characteristics of the academic journal industry,take advantage of the new technology in order to enhance the overall academic journal industry,and establish a new type of decentralized,high transparency and high participation academic journals alliance with the application of blockchain technology as the top priority of urgency and necessity.
