系统化护理在异位妊娠急症手术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨系统化护理在异位妊娠急诊手术中的应用效果。方法纳入行剖腹探查术或腹腔镜探查术异位妊娠急症手术患者25例,给予患者系统化护理措施,总结护理经验,并记录患者术前和术后12 h的NRS评分、术前和出院前1 d的SAS评分、SDS评分、GQOL-74评分,并记录患者失血量和住院天数。结果25例患者均成功实施手术,手术成功率为100%,其中行剖腹探查术7例,腹腔镜探查术18例。患者护理后的NRS评分、SAS评分、SDS评分和GQOL-74评分均较护理前显著改善(P<0.05);患者失血量为(1328.52±329.34)mL,住院天数(5.31±1.29)d。结论系统化护理用于异位妊娠急症手术患者效果满意。Objective To explore the effect of systemic nursing in emergency surgery of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 25 patients with ectopic pregnancy who underwent laparotomy or laparoscopy were enrolled,and systematic nursing measures were given to patients to summarize their nursing experience.The NRS scores of patients before and 12 hours after operation,SAS scores of 1 day before and 1 day before discharge,SDS scores,GQOL-74 scores were recorded,and blood loss and hospital stay days were recorded.Results All 25 patients in this group were successfully operated,and the success rate was 100%.Among them,7 patients underwent laparotomy and 18 patients underwent laparoscopy.The NRS score,SAS score,SDS score,and GQOL-74 score of patients after care were significantly improved compared with those before care(P<0.05).The blood loss was(1328.52±329.34)mL,and the length of hospital stay was(5.31±1.29)days.Conclusion Systemic nursing is satisfactory for patients with ectopic pregnancy emergency surgery.
