摘 要:随着三次采油技术工业化应用的规模不断扩大,采出液处理难度逐年增加,水聚驱采出液含聚浓度大幅度上升,影响整个地面系统处理工艺。在减小水驱污水站采聚浓度影响方面,恢复水驱污水站处理能力,完善普深合一污水站的工艺流程;在三采区块污水站达标方面,开展现场工艺优化、药剂筛选试验,深化集输、污水系统上下游同步治理,强化生产系统节点精细管理;调整水驱系统水源,探索含聚污水深度处理技术,优化调整三采注采结构,解决区块间深度水调水问题;提高洗井污水处理能力和效果,加大减量化清淤力度,解决源头污染干扰问题。通过以上措施,提高了地面系统处理效果及运行效率,保障了系统平稳达标,实现了整体水质提升的目标。With the continuous expansion of the scale of industrial application of tertiary oil recovery technology,the difficulty of produced fluid treatment increases year by year,and the concentration of produced fluid in water polymer flooding increases greatly,which affects the whole surface system treatment process.In view of decreasing the influence of the polymer concentration of water flooding sewage treatment station,the treatment capacity of water flooding sewage treatment station should be recovered,and the general-deep integration process flow of sewage treatment station should be improved.In order to solve the problem that it is difficult for sewage stations in the tertiary oil recovery block to meet the standards,we should carry out on-site process optimization tests and reagent screening tests,deepen the synchronized treatment of gathering and transportation and sewage systems upstream and downstream,and strengthen the fine management of production system nodes.In order to solve the problem of deep water transfer between blocks,we should adjust the water source of the water drive system,explore the deep treatment technology of polymer sewage,and optimize the adjustment of the structure of tertiary oil recovery mining and injection.In order to solve the problem of source pollutant interference,we should improve the capacity and effect of well washing sewage treatment,and increase the intensity of reducing and desilting.Through the above measures,the treatment effect and operation efficiency of the surface system can be improved,the system can reach the standard smoothly,and the overall water quality improvement target can be achieved.
