摘  要:微风化岩具有强度高、裂隙少的特点,绞吸挖泥船在挖掘时产能较低。为提高绞吸船施工产能、降低施工成本,以大连大窑湾航道疏浚工程为例,对新建出厂的自航式重型绞吸挖泥船"天鲲号"开挖坚硬微风化岩的施工技术进行研究。分析绞刀姿态、刀齿损耗以及横移摆动对产能的影响,从而优化施工工艺。结果表明,"天鲲号"在挖掘硬微风化岩时的产能得到有效提高。The slightly weathered rock has the characteristics of high strength and few cracks,and the excavation productivity of the cutter suction dredger is low.In order to increase the cutter suction dredger’s productivity and reduce construction costs,we take the Dayao Bay channel dredging project in Dalian as an example,study the construction technology of the newly-built self-propelled heavy cutter suction dredger Tiankun to excavate hard slightly weathered rock.We analyze the influence of cutter posture,cutter tooth loss and lateral swing on productivity,and optimize the construction technology.The results show that the productivity of Tiankun is effectively improved when excavating hard and slightly weathered rock.
