摘  要:目的:建立卷柏总黄酮重金属残留量测定方法。方法:采用微波消解法处理样品,用原子吸收分光光度法和原子荧光分光光度法测定卷柏总黄酮中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、铜(Cu)、砷(As)和汞(Hg)重金属元素的含量。结果:Pb、Cd、Cu、As和Hg 5种重金属元素检测及方法学考察,标准曲线的线性相关系数均>0.998,平均加样回收率分别为98.28%、97.31%、97.83%、97.49%和97.65%。4批样品的重金属残留量均在限度范围内。结论:该方法适用于卷柏总黄酮的重金属限量控制。Objective:To estabish a method of determine the residue of heavy metals ingredients in total flavonoids of Selaginella.Methods:Microwave digestion was adopted to treat samples and the content of Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cu in total flavonoids of Selaginella was measured by using atomic absorption spectrometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Results:The results were reasonable and effective through the detection and have a good methodological study of Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cu.The linear correlation coefficients were greater than 0.998.The average recoveries were 98.28%,97.31%,97.83%,97.49%and 97.65%。The heavy metal residues of 4 batches of samples are within limits.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible,which provides a reference for the quality control of total flavonoids of Selaginella.
