摘 要:串联电容器补偿系统中,当1个或多个金属氧化物变阻器(metal oxide varistor,MOV)爆炸或压力释放后,为保证各MOV单元的伏安特性完全一致,通常会更换整相MOV,这种做法成本很高。为此,对新生产的MOV能否与运行MOV混合使用的问题进行了研究。通过选取3支旧MOV和1支新MOV进行并联运行分流特性试验,获得了新旧MOV的分流特性。试验结果表明,当并联的MOV数量越多,总体分散度越小;MOV并联分流只与MOV本身伏安特性曲线有关,与其运行时间无关。因此,新旧MOV混合并联使用时,应保证MOV的U4mA值分散度尽可能小。If one or more metal oxide varistors(MOV)exploded or released pressure in a series capacitor compensation system,the MOVs of the whole phase is usually replaced to ensure that the volt-ampere characteristics of each MOV unit are completely consistent.The cost of such method is high.For this reason,the problem of whether the newly produced MOVs can be mixed with the running MOVs is studied.3 old MOVs and 1 new MOV are selected to carry out the parallel operation shunt characteristics test and the shunt characteristics of the new and old MOVs are obtained.The test results show that the greater the number of MOVs connected in parallel the smaller the overall dispersion;the parallel shunt of MOV is only related to the V-I characteristic curve of the MOV itself and has nothing to do with its running time.Therefore,when the new and old MOVs are mixed in parallel,the dispersion of the U4mA value of the MOV should be as small as possible.
