摘 要:为研究出高效节能环保石油化工泵,本文针对MH87-100型石油化工泵,通过Fluent仿真模拟,在不同流量下的压力分布、扬程变化、出口速度、功率、效率以汽液两相流的空化状态等特性进行分析,可以推理出当流量不同,叶轮与蜗壳承受的压力分布不同,随着流量的增大扬程减少,功率增大,出口速度逐渐增大,近似为线性关系,效率则在设计点达到最大值。空化程度随着流量的增加变大,这对泵的过流部件损害越来越大。该模拟技术分析为同类产品设计提供一些参考。In order to develop high efficiency,energy-saving and environmental protection petrochemical pump,this paper analyzes the pressure distribution,head change,outlet speed,power and efficiency of MH87-100 petrochemical pump under different flow by fluent simulation,and analyzes the cavitation state of vapor-liquid two-phase flow.It can be inferred that when the flow is different,the pressure distribution of impeller and volute is different.With the increasing flow and the decreasing head,the power is increased,and the exit velocity is increased,which is approximately linear.The efficiency reaches the maximum value at the design point.The cavitation degree increases with the increase of flow rate,which causes more and more damage to the flow passage parts of the pump.The simulation technology analysis provides some reference for the design of similar products.
